The store
Queen’s Things sells beauty, wellness, personal-care, and fitness products. We are a small shop. Orders are fulfilled by our suppliers and ship to you with shipping already included in the product price.
Nothing on this site is medical, dermatological, or professional advice. Products are cosmetics, wellness, or fitness goods — not drugs, and not a substitute for a doctor. Always patch-test personal-care items if you have sensitive skin, and talk to a clinician before using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
Orders, price, and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. “Shipping included” means standard delivery to the US is already in the ticket; you are not charged a separate shipping line at checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (for example: payment issues, suspected fraud, or an item we can no longer source). If we cancel, we refund you.
- By paying, you confirm you are at least 18, or have a parent/guardian’s permission.
Shipping
Most orders leave our suppliers within a few business days and typically arrive in about 7 business days, sometimes longer depending on the carrier. Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package. Tracking is emailed when the supplier provides it. See our Refund policy and Shipping policy for details.
Returns and refunds
Returns are limited because these are hygiene and personal-care products. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery; you pay return shipping. Opened products cannot be returned. Full rules: Refund policy.
Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, it renews until you skip or cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us before the next charge.
Your account and content
You are responsible for information you give us (address, email). Product request forms and messages should not include anyone else’s personal data or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The Queen’s Things name, site design, and our product photos and copy are ours (or used with permission). You may not copy the store or relist our photos as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Queen’s Things is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
